Telephoned for help with broken washing machine, quick and helpful response, was advised a next day appointment available. This was much better than the two previous companies I contacted could manage. My washing machine was maneuvered carefully out of it’s slot, the problem was solved with a reasonable charge. This Company was recommended to us by Beacon Electrics and I can and have seen why.We called them as we had a washing machine fault.Couple of days later Stefan one of their Engineers arrived.What a super guy.He got to the fault right away explained the situation and recommended what we should do.In passing I mentioned we had a fault on our Neff Cooker Hood and could he suggest who we could call.He said he could have a loo,sourced the problem ordered the parts and returned today and fault sorted.

We thought we had a fault with our cooker as the electrics kept tripping, so called ACE Domestics. An engineer was out within a day and diagnosed that it was the dishwasher instead. The technician arrived at my home on time, was charming, efficient and explained his analysis of the problem. He had the required spare part in his van and the job took half the time for which competitors had estimated and this was reflected in the bill.

Telephoned ACE Domestics Plymouth re my dishwasher not working. I was advised of a number of dates that they were able to call and as they had a morning one available on the same day I confirmed that one. The fitter arrived at 11.30 was very friendly took a look at the dishwasher and proceeded to identify the fault. His experience gave him a head start and within minutes had diagnosed the problem repaired the dishwasher and started the dishwashing cycle. The cost was the agreed call out charge which I felt was very reasonable. The job was completed with minimal disruption and you would not have known he had been here. I would certainly recommend this company.
